Meditation Night

July 13, 2009 Mondays, 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Join others in a group led meditation. We begin with a short discussion, breathing for relaxation and guided imagery. fee: donation we meet the 2nd Monday of every month

Reiki II

July 7 & 14, 6pm - 9pm

Completing the Reiki II class increases your vibratory level and healing abilities. Pre-requisites are: successful completion of Reiki I, completion of the 21 day "cleanse" and having done reiki on a minimum of 10 occassions. Reiki I

July 16 & 23, 2009, 6:00 pm - 9:00pm each night

Learning Reiki is healing, easy and fun! If you are in a healing process and/or want to help others to heal, Reiki I is the place to start. During this class you will learn the basics of Reiki, become attuned to the vibrations of Reiki and learn how to apply it for yourself and others. Anyone can learn Reiki; I have graduates that are teachers, massage therapists, nurse practitioners, nurses, sales people, adolescents, etc. Go beyond other people's limiting ideas and beliefs and join the growing number of Reiki practitioners. Celebrating Mind-Body-Spirit Seniors Health Event

I'm participating in this awesome event for Seniors of all ages. Registration and coffee kicks it off at 8:15 and it wraps up with lunch, ending at about 1. I'll be presenting two entertainig and educational sessions on the Mind-Body connection for excellent health! You will also find me at the vendors tables.
