| Description: | The meditation night with Vibhas on Sunday was so wonderful he's agreed to come and do an encore meditation night! Come share an evening of guided meditation with Vibhas Kenzdia. His music will help you slow down and take you to the silence space of the heart. The meditation begins with a 15 minute introduction into meditation techniques, followed by different instrumental songs and humming, separated by periods of silence. After meditation we will meet for tea and cookies. Vibhas Kenzdia is an accomplished internationally acclaimed musician and meditation teacher.
